B. Calendar

This is the official meeting of the Town of Carrboro Town Council to discuss and make decisions concerning Town-related business. General public comments are accepted at most regular Town Council meetings. Speakers are limited to three minutes but can speak to the Council on any topic. Public comments are also welcome for items listed as "Public Hearing" pertaining to that item. A sign-up sheet is available at the Council Chambers meeting room. for those wishing to make public comments.

General public comments are typically not accepted at Town Council work sessions or special called Town Council meetings. Please check the agenda if you are wishing to make a general public comment, to ensure it is included on the agenda. Public comments can also be accepted by emailing publiccomment@carrboronc.gov which is sent to all Council members. 

If you have a visual to go along with your public comment (e.g. PowerPoint presentation, PDF, photos), you must contact the Town Clerk's office by Noon on the day of the Council meeting you wish to speak at and submit these items. All visual materials must be coordinated with the Town Clerk's office in order to be prepared to be shown during the Town Council meeting. Bringing a flash drive with visual materials loaded on it to the meeting is NOT allowed and will not be able to be viewed on the Council room computer, due to IT security reasons.
