Join us to observe Gun Violence Awareness Day (June 5) and Wear Orange Weekend (June 5-7) in Carrboro to show your support for efforts to prevent the tragic effects of gun violence.
This is when Americans across the country mourn victims, speak the truth about gun violence, and work together to find solutions to this challenging issue. Anyone can join this campaign by pledging to wear orange. Doing so will raise awareness about gun violence, show solidarity with others who are working for a solution to this crisis, and honor the lives and human potential lost to gun violence.
