The Zoning Division is responsible for the following:
- Assisting the Town Council, and Town Advisory Boards/Commissions;
- Processing Zoning, Special Use, and Sign Permits;
- Reviewing development proposals for compliance with the Land Use Ordinance;
- Monitoring previously issued Land Use Permits;
- Providing the public with information regarding the Land Use Ordinance; and
- Responding to resident complaints and inquiries associated with land use activities.
