The Northern Study Area Plan Implementation Review Committee (NSAPIRC) membership is composed of 3 Carrboro residents, advisory board representatives, and representatives from Chapel Hill, Orange County and UNC. Staff support provided by the Planning Division.
Duties & Responsibilities
This temporary committee will review the implementation of the Northern Study Area Plan and, at the end of the process, present policy recommendations to the Board of Aldermen. Two community forums led by professional facilitators will be a part of the process, and the facilitators may also play a role in other NSAPIRC meetings as well.
