    This course offers first aid and safety training, developmental guidelines and strategies for safely babysitting children ages 2 and up. Participants receive a Certificate of Completion for skills for child CPR and First Aid. Must be present at both classes to receive certification. Ages: 11-14 Instructor: Maria Mekeel *Pre-registration is required.

  4. Volleyball Drop-In

    The Carrboro Recreation and Parks Department Drop-In programs allow participants the opportunity to play in an informal setting and to meet others of similar sporting interest. Groups are welcome to attend. Ages: 16+ (Experienced players 15&U are welcomed to attend w/ a parent)

  7. CLASS - Baseball

    A class designed to introduce the fundamentals of baseball to the participant and parent. Instructor Pat Currin guides both the child and parent in understanding the skills of throwing, catching, fielding, and hitting.     This youth disc golf clinic gives parents and children the opportunity to learn together about the sport of disc golf including rules, etiquette, the basics of throwing discs, and tips and techniques.
