The 20th Annual Carrboro Music Festival is scheduled for Saturday, September 23rd & Sunday, September 24th.
FESTIVAL SCHEDULE
Our Festival offers two great days of music and it is all FREE! Following the Farmer's Market, hang around and enjoy 3 musical acts on Saturday afternoon at Town Hall Commons beginning at 1:00pm. On Saturday evening, a free (ticketed) show will be held at the Cat's Cradle Back Room at 8:30pm (Doors open at 8:00pm). Please visit catscradle.com for more details.
On Sunday, enjoy over 200 musical performances at 29 various indoor and outdoor venues all across Carrboro! Several venues will begin at 12:00pm on Sunday with others beginning after 1:00pm. For more information, please visit www.carrboromusicfestival.com . A map and festival guide is available, along with a sortable database to search bands by name, genre, location, and time. We will also have Non-Profit Groups, Craft Vendors, and Food Vendors available at Carrboro Town Commons from 1:00pm-7:00pm on Sunday. No tickets are required and all shows are free!
STREET CLOSURES
Saturday, September 23rd:
There will be no street closures for the Saturday portion of the Festival.
Sunday, September 24th:
The following streets will be closed from 7:00am until 8:00pm:

Center Street @ Weaver Street
Lindsay Street @ Weaver Street
Oak Street @ Weaver Street
East side of Maple Avenue
PARK & RIDE SHUTTLE
A free shuttle bus will be provided on Sunday. The shuttle will run from the Park & Ride Lot located behind Carrboro Plaza off of Old Fayetteville Rd. Shuttle hours are 12:00pm-9:00pm. The shuttle will run every 15-20 minutes. Patrons who utilize the shuttle will receive coupons that may be used at participating businesses on Sunday, September 24th.
